Zubereitung

Karotten schälen und in Würfel schneiden. Weich kochen.

Erkalten lassen, pürieren und mit St Môret® mischen.

Kümmel, Paprika und  die abgezupften Thymianblättchen beifügen.

Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und gut mischen (immer mit einer Gabel).

Falls notwendig, nachwürzen.
