Zutaten

Fenchel, Randen, Rettich und Salat waschen. Karotten schälen. Mit einem Hobel das Gemüse in feine Scheiben schneiden.

Das in Scheiben geschnittene Gemüse auf den Tellern anrichten. Salatblätter hinzufügen. Ziegenkäse in Scheiben schneiden und auf den Tellern anrichten.

Salatsauce:
Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und gut vermischen.
Zum Salat geben, mischen und sofort geniessen.
Tipp vom Chef:
Geben Sie Mandeln, die zuvor in der Pfanne trocken geröstet wurden und Preiselbeeren dazu.
