Tomaten in dünne Scheiben schneiden und kranzförmig auf 2 Teller legen, geschnittenen Caprice des Dieux in die Mitte geben. Leicht mit Pfeffer, Salz und Paprika würzen.

Feingehackte Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Basilikum, Öl, Rotwein und Gewürze zu einer Sauce verrühren und darüber geben. Dazu knuspriges Baguette reichen.
