Couper les tomates en fines tranches et placer le Caprice des Dieux coupé en tranches entre les tranches de tomates. Assaisonner légèrement avec du poivre, du sel et de la poudre de paprika.

Mélanger l'oignon finement haché, l'ail, le basilic, l'huile, le vin rouge, sel et poivre, puis verser sur les tomates et les tranches de Caprice des Dieux. Servir avec une baguette croustillante.
