Sardinen abtropfen lassen, zerdrücken und mit St Môret®, kandierten Tomaten, Zitronensaft, Fenchelsamen, Schnittlauch, ½  Fenchel - fein gehackt, Oliven, Kapern und gehackten Zwiebeln mischen, mit Pfeffer abschmecken.

Rillettes in den Behälter Ihrer Wahl geben.

Brot in Scheiben schneiden, mit einer halben Knoblauchzehe einreiben und in einer Pfanne mit etwas Olivenöl rösten.

Auf einem Papier abtropfen lassen.
