Alle Portionen Saint Albray aus ihrer Verpackung nehmen. Baguettescheiben rösten.

Radieschen putzen, waschen, halbieren. Salatblätter waschen, gut abtropfen lassen und auf die Brotscheiben legen.

Je eine Portion Saint Albray mild-würzig mit je einer Gurkenscheiben und einem halbierten Radieschen auf einen Spiess stecken. Spiesse auf den Baguettescheiben anrichten.

Zutaten für die Vinaigrette mit 3 EL heissem Wasser in einer kleinen Schüssel verrühren und pikant abschmecken. Die Käsehappen damit beträufeln.

Tipp

Für eine scharfe Note das geröstete Baguette mit etwas frisch geriebenem Meerrettich bestreichen.
