Den Käse in Scheiben schneiden. Den Nüsslisalat putzen, waschen und gut abtropfen. Die Nüsse grob hacken, den Speck in dünne Streifen schneiden und knusprig braten. Die Trauben halbieren und mit den Nüssen kurz mit dem Speck mitbraten.

Für die Vinaigrette die roten Zwiebeln schälen und in feine Streifen schneiden. Mit den restlichen Zutaten vermischen, zuletzt das Öl einrühren und abschmecken.

Den Nüsslisalat mit der Vinaigrette, dem Käse und den anderen Zutaten aus der Pfanne vermischen und hübsch anrichten.
