Koriander hacken. 250g Crème fraîche mit Curry und Senf mischen, salzen und pfeffern. Den Wrap mit der Crème fraîche-Mischung bestreichen und mit Koriander bestreuen. Truthahnfilets und eine bis zwei Scheiben Fol Epi Caractère darauf legen und aufrollen.
