Die getrockneten Tomaten in dünne Streifen schneiden und die frischen Kräuter hacken.

St Morêt mit den getrockneten Tomaten, frischen Kräutern und der geriebenen Zitronenschale mischen.

Gurke mit einem Schäler der Länge nach in dünne Scheiben schneiden und diese halbieren.

Fol Epi Scheiben ausbreiten und der Breite nach gleich breit wie die Gurkenscheiben zurechtschneiden.

Die Gurkenscheiben auf den Käse legen, etwas St Morêt Mischung und ein paar Rucola-Blätter hinzufügen.

Gurkenscheiben einrollen und mit einem Spiesschen fixieren. Vorgang wiederholen.
