Limette halbieren. Rüebli komplett schälen. Radiesli und Frühlingszwiebel schneiden. Rüebli und Radiesli mit Limettensaft, Olivenöl und Salz marinieren, ca. 8 Min. ziehen lassen.

Mayonnaise mit Honig, Salz und Kresse verrühren. Baguette zerteilen und einschneiden. Mit Mayo-Dip bestreichen.

2 Fol Epi Scheiben übereinanderlegen. Mit Rüebli, Radiesli-Blätter, Frühlingszwiebel und Kresse belegen. Von unten her aufrollen, Radiesli hinzufügen und ins Baguette legen.
