Den Backofen auf 225 °C vorheizen. Den Blätterteig auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen.

Die Sauerrahm mit Salz, Pfeffer und Majoran würzen. Den Lauch putzen, gründlich waschen, trocknen und in feine Ringe schneiden. Chaumes in kleine Stücke schneiden.

Den Blätterteig mit dem Schmand bestreichen, Lauch und Käse darauf verteilen. Im Backofen ca. 12 Min. knusprig backen. Herausnehmen und mit den Schinkenscheiben belegen. Noch heiss geniessen!
