Die Brotscheiben toasten.

Die Brotscheiben groszügig mit Chavroux® Pyramide bestreichen.

Die Avocados schälen und halbieren. Jede Hälfe in Scheiben schneiden und die Avocado Scheiben auf beide Brotscheiben geben.

Ein Paar feine Radieschen Scheiben, kleingeschnittene Zwiebel und ein Paar Johannisbeeren darauflegen.

Salz und Pfeffer bestreuen. Mit einem Schuss Olivenöl, einige Spritzern Zitronensaft und Chiasamen bestreuen.
