Ofen auf 200°C vorheizen. Knoblauch zerdrücken, mit Crème fraîche verrühren, salzen, pfeffern. Zwiebel in Ringe und Fol Epi in Streifen schneiden.

Tortillafladen mit Crème fraîche bestreichen, mit Zwiebel, Salami und Fol Epi belegen, im Backofen überbacken. In „Kuchenstücke“ geschnitten servieren.
