Hacher le cerfeuil. Mélanger le risotto avec le pesto et le cerfeuil. Couper les tomates cerises en 2.

Placer 2 tranches de Fol Epi l'une en face de l'autre de sorte qu’elles se superposent d’environ 3 cm. Remonter les tranches vers le milieu de part et d’autre du nid. Fixer avec des cure-dents. Garnir et servir.
