Passer les figues rapidement sous l’eau, les sécher délicatement puis les couper en dés. Préparer, laver et essorer la roquette. Verser les figues et la salade dans un saladier et mélanger.

Mélanger le vinaigre balsamique avec la moutarde aux figues et le miel de fleurs. Incorporer l'huile de noix. Saler et poivrer selon les goûts. Verser la vinaigrette sur les dés de figues et la roquette puis bien mélanger.

Toaster les tranches de pain. Les tartiner de Tartare Ail & Fines Herbes. Garnir la moitié des tranches du mélange figues-roquette puis recouvrir d'une tranche au Tartare, couper en triangle et servir aussitôt.
