Préparation

Emincer finement les tomates séchées et ciseler les herbes fraîches.

Mélanger le St Morêt avec les tomates séchées, les herbes fraîches, le zeste de citron.

Réaliser de fines tranches dans la largeur du concombre avec une mandoline ou un éplucheur. Les couper en deux.

Etaler les tranches de Fol Epi, et les couper dans la largeur selon la même dimension que le concombre.

Disposer les lamelles de concombre sur le fromage, ajouter un peu de mélange de St Morêt, et quelques feuilles de roquette.

Rouler les lamelles et les faire tenir avec un pic en bois.
Renouveler l’opération.
