Préparez le coleslaw : Râpez la carotte et les deux choux. Mélangez le fromage blanc et la mayonnaise puis ajoutez le vinaigre, 1 pincée de sel et de sucre et la ciboulette ciselée. Mélangez le tout.

Coupez la poire en fines tranches.

Passez au montage : Déposez une tranche Fol Epi à plat et ajoutez une feuille de laitue. Par-dessus, garnissez d’un peu de coleslaw et de 2 à 3 tranches de poires.

Roulez le wrap et faites-le tenir en nouant un morceau de ficelle en kraft autour.
