Pour la sauce au fromage frais, faire fondre le beurre, saupoudrer de farine et faire sauter pendant 1-2 min. en remuant constamment. Ajouter le lait, remuer jusqu'à consistance lisse et assaisonner. Laisser mijoter environ 15 minutes.

Ajouter le Tartare Ail et Fines Herbes et le jus de citron, faire fondre dans la sauce en remuant, garder au chaud.
