Préchauffer le four à 200 °C. Découper huit ronds à l'emporte-pièce (env. 10 cm de diamètre) dans la pâte à pizza, les déposer sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfurisé et les tartiner de Tartare.

Laver, nettoyer et essuyer délicatement les tomates et la roquette, puis découper les tomates en tranches fines. Garnir les pizzas de tomates, de lardons et de pignons de pin. Saupoudrer de poivre et cuire au four pendant env. 15-20 minutes. Répartir la roquette sur les pizzas chaudes et servir.
